The Sangay sMenlha Tshokhor was organized by the Final year students on the auspicious month of the Choetrul Dawa which was conducted on the 27th of February, 2021. It was presided over by His Eminence Tsulga Lopen Karma Rangdrol for the benefit and well-being of all sentient beings.
