Exam Committee

The members are:

  1. Deputy Dean, Academic Affairs, Chairperson
  2. Drungtsho Sanga Chophel, Exam Coordinator
  3. Deputy Dean, Student Affairs
  4. Drungtsho Sherab Dorji, Lecturer
  5. Programme Leader.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct exams according to University norms.
  2. Declare results within a week.
  3. If any controversy arise during the exam/from the mark sheet, the committee member  shall report to the academic committee.
  4. Finalize and adopt the Final/Semester exam questionnaires.
  5. Students failing to attend the examination due to illness or parental demise should   produce medical certificate/insurance letter to the committee and the committee shall take appropriate action.
  6. The committee shall meet as and when required.
  7. File and maintain Questionnaires and Mark sheets.
  8. Conduct resit/repeat course examination if necessary.
