The Sangay sMenlha Tshokhor was organized by the Final year students on the auspicious month of the Choetrul Dawa which was conducted on the 7th of March, 2023. It was presided over by His Eminence Tshogki Lopen, Khenpo Sangay Khandu for the benefit and well-being of all sentient beings.
