NOTIFICATION

The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the list of short listed applicants for the selection examination and interview, as follows:

Note:

• Names are placed on random order and not based on ranking

The applicants mentioned above should report to Board Room, KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:

• Original academic transcripts and certificates
• Security Clearance Certificate
• Audit Clearance Certificate. For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, need to submit No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency.
• Citizenship Identity Card – Original
• No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer.
• If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.

The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:

• Verification of Original Documents (For all the posts)
• Time: 9:00 A.M – 10:00 A.M
• Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
• Date: 6^th June 2024

Written Exam (For Faculty Positions only)

• Time: 10:00 A.M to 11:00 A.M
• Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
• Date:   6^th June 2024
• Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks 
• The result for written examination will be uploaded in the KGUMSB website (www.kgumsb.edu.bt) by afternoon (on or before 12:00 PM)
• An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.

Viva Voce (For Personal Assistant)

• Time: 10:15 A.M  onwards
• Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
• Date: 6^th June 2024
• Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks.
• 10 minutes for each candidate

Viva Voce (For Faculty Position if qualified)

• Time: 12:15 P.M  onwards
• Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
• Date: 6^th June 2024
• Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks.
• 15 minutes for each candidate

Final calculation of marks (100%):

For Faculty Position

• Written Exam will be assessed out of 50%  
• Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
• Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%

For Personal Assistant

• Viva voce will be assessed out of 80%
• Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%

An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
