The Faculty of Traditional Medicine will be organizing its 3rd National Sorig Conference on the 15th and 16th of May, 2026 with the theme “Research, Innovation and Evidence-Based Practice in Sowa Rigpa” ཞིབ་འཚོལ་དང་གསར་གཏོད་ཀྱི་ཐོག་ལས་སྒྲུབ་བྱེད་ལྡན་པའི་གསོ་བ་རིག་པའི་ལག་ལེན།
Venue: MPH, FoTM, Thimphu
The conference will feature a rich program encompassing keynote presentation and discussion on the following sub themes:
• Evidence-Based Practice in Sowa Rigpa
• Innovation in Sowa Rigpa Education
• Accessibility to Sowa Rigpa knowledge beyond Bhutan
• Ancient Secrets of Sowa Rigpa for Wellbeing
The panel discussion will be on the topic ‘Multi-disciplinary Research & Collaboration’
