The applicants mentioned above should report to Office of the President (OOP), KGUMSB, Taba with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
- Original academic transcripts and certificates
- Security Clearance Certificate
- Audit Clearance Certificate. For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, need to submit No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency
- Citizenship Identity Card – Original
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer, if employed
- Documentary evidence of the current position level, if employed
- MHPC Certificate for Faculty Position
The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:
- International Relation Officer, Administrative Assistant and Research Assistant
- Verification of Original Documents
- Time: 9.00 A.M – 10:00 A.M
- Venue: OOP, KGUMSB
- Date: 15th April 2026
- Presentation Preparation
- Time: 10: 00 A.M to 11: 00 A.M
- Venue: OOP, KGUMSB
- Date: 15th April 2026
- Presentation will be assessed out of 50 marks
- The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
- Presentation for 10 minutes and shall include 5 slides only
- Interview (Viva Voce)
- Time: 11:00 A.M onwards
- Venue: OOP, KGUMSB
- Date: 15th April 2026
- 10 minutes – Presentation
- 10 to 15 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included), to continue right after the presentation
- Final calculation of marks (100)
- Presentation will be assessed out of 50%
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
- Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
- Verification of Original Documents
- Associate Lecturer – Faculty of Traditional Medicine and Associate Lecturer – Faculty of Undergraduate Medicine

- Written Exam
- Time: 10: 00 A.M to 12: 00 PM
- Venue: OOP, KGUMSB

- Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks
- The result for written examination will be uploaded in the KGUMSB website (www.kgumsb.edu.bt) on or before 1:30PM on the same day
- An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.
- Interview (Viva Voce), if qualified for the Viva Voce
- Time: 2:00 P.M onwards
- Venue: OOP, KGUMSB
- Date: 16th April 2026
- 15 to 20 minutes for each candidates
- Final calculation of marks (100%)
- Written Exam will assessed out of 50%
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
- Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
- Verification of Original Documents
An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification.
