Note:

  1. The candidates will have 10 days’ period w.e.f. the date of notification of the result for appeals related to the selection examination/viva voce.
  2. Selected candidates are asked to report to the HR Division, Office of the President, KGUMSB, for drug test on 27th October 2025. If a candidate is unable to report on the mentioned date, candidate must inform the HR Division in advance via email at anjanahro@kgumsb.edu.bt. Further instructions will be provided on the same day.
  3. If the selected candidate fails to produce the report, the position shall be offered to the next candidate and cancelled in case of lone candidate.
  4. All appointments for the positions shall be with effect from 1st November 2025
