The applicants mentioned above should report to Conference Hall, KGUMSB (Old OOP Building, above JDWNRH) with the following documents (in Original), for the purpose of verification of the documents:

  1. Original academic transcripts and certificates
  2. Security Clearance Certificate
  3. Audit Clearance Certificate. For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, to submit No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency.
  4. Citizenship Identity Card – Original
  5. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer, if employed
  6. Documentary evidence of the current position level
  7. MHPC Certificate for Faculty Position
  1. The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:
  1. Verification of Original Documents (For all the posts)
  2. Time: 9.00 A.M – 10:00 A.M

  • Written Exam (For Faculty Positions)
  • Time: 10: 00 A.M to 12: 00 PM
  • Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
  • Date:   6th October 2025
  • Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks 
  • The result for written examination will be uploaded in the KGUMSB website (www.kgumsb.edu.bt) on or before 1:30PM on the same day
  • An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.
  • Presentation (For Administrative Assistant)
  • Time: 10: 00 A.M to 11: 00 A.M
  • Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
  • Date:   6th October 2025
  • Presentation will be assessed out of 50 marks
  • The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
  • Presentation be of 5 slides
  • Viva Voce
  • Administrative Assistant
  • Time:  11:00 A.M  onwards
  • Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
  • Date:   6th October 2025
  • 10 minutes – Presentation
  • 10 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
  1. Faculty positions (If qualified for the Viva Voce)
  2. Time:  2:00 P.M  onwards
  3. Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
  4. Date:   6th October 2025
  5. 15 minutes for each candidates
  • Final calculation of marks (100%)
  • Faculty position:
  • Written Exam/Presentation will be assessed out of 50% 
  • Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
  • Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
  1. Administrative Assistant
  2. Presentation will be assessed out of 50%
  3. Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
  4. Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%

An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
