The shortlisted candidates have been screened based on the criteria specified in the Condition of Services – 2025.
Note:
The applicants mentioned above should report to HR Section – Office of the President with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
- Original academic transcripts and certificates
- Citizenship Identity Card – Original
- No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the respective HRCs
- The selection process will be as per the following schedule:
- Verification of Original Documents
- Time: 9:30 AM
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- Date: 7th July 2025
- Written Examination
- Time: 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- Date: 7th July 2025
- Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks as an entrance exam to qualify for the scholarship program
- An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.
- Viva Voce
- Time: 10:00 AM Onwards
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- Date: 7th July 2025
- Viva Voce: 20 minutes
- The candidate will be assessed (100%) based on the markings and criteria as specified in the Annexure 4/4 as per the CoS – 2018.
- An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in Viva Voce irrespective of being a lone candidate
An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification.
