1st National Sorig Conference

The Faculty of Traditional Medicine will be organizing its 1st National Sorig Conference on the 17th  and 18th of May, 2024 with the theme “Unraveling the Wisdom of Sowa Rigpa for Holistic Healthcare” ཀུན་ཚང་འཕྲོད་བསྟེན་གྱི་དོན་ལུ་ གསོ་བ་རིག་པའི་ལེགས་བསྒྱུར། The event will take place at the conventional hall of the esteemed  Royal University of Bhutan.

Recitation of Bum and Kanjur scriptures

On the concluding day of the Chothruel Dawa, members of the Faculty of Traditional Medicine, including both students and faculty members, convened at sMenlha Lhakhang to engage in the recitation of the Bum and Kanjur scriptures. This annual event is coordinated by the faculty’s staff with the aim of fostering harmony and peace and purifying all sentient beings.
