SOUTH-EAST ASIA PRIMARY HEALTH CARE INNOVATIONS NETWORK (SEAPIN)

Information Resource Centre on Herbal/Traditional Medicine

South-East Asia Primary Health Care Innovations Network (SEAPIN) was formally launched in August 2010 under the auspices of World Health Organization, South-East Asia Regional Office, New Delhi with 17 Institutions from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Thailand. The Institute of Primary Health Care Innovations and Foundation for Quality of Life, Thailand was unanimously elected as the Secretariat for the SEAPIN for the first term for three years.

The National Institute of Traditional Medicine, Royal University of Bhutan, Thimphu was identified as the Information Resource Centre on Herbal/Traditional Medicine during the First Meeting of the South-East Asia Primary Health Care Innovations Network (SEAPIN) in August 2010 at Chiangmai, Thailand. Since then, the Institute has tried to compile the national publications on herbal and traditional medicine in Bhutan and following are the list of Publications so far:
