The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB), is pleased to announce the availability of scholarship (fully funded) for 2025 intake, as detailed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Course Name: Masters of Business Administration (MBA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Course Date: 15th<\/sup> February 2025 till June 2026 (16 months)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Institute: Royal Institute of Management (RIM), Thimphu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

University: University of Canberra, Australia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slot: 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is ONLY<\/strong> for the employees of the constituent faculties and Office of the President, KGUMSB. The terms and conditions stated under Long-Term Training in the Condition of Services \u2013 2018 shall be followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Bhutanese citizen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Regular employee of the University;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Has at least completed the probation period at the time of commencement of course;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Is less than or equal to 50 years of age at the time of application;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Relevant of course to the current position of work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Has served equal duration of EOL where the duration of EOL availed is less than 1 year;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Has served at least 1 year if the EOL availed is more than 1 year.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Disqualification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    An employee shall not be eligible for long-term training when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Scholarship granted previously was terminated by the University\/Institutes\/Granter for violation of training and\/or other related rules and regulations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Has been nominated\/short-listed for another training programme, pending the declaration of result;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Course is not  directly relevant to the current post\/profession;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Discontinued previously a training program with reasons within his\/her control;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Not fulfilled the training gap requirement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Currently on EOL and Secondment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Interested applicants may kindly submit the following documents to the HR Division, Office of the President, by 18th<\/sup> November 2024 (5PM):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Inservice Training Form (As per the CoS \u2013 2018)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. A copy of Class XII and Degree Certificates and Transcripts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. CV (Contact Details, detailed information about the qualification history, service history and training details)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Letter of Intent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. English Language Proficiency Certificate (issued by BCSEA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Performance Rating of 3 years as reflected in the Condition of Services \u2013 2018<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Recommendation Letter through respective HRCs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Security Clearance Certificate (Valid and copy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. Audit Clearance Certificate (Valid and copy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      10. A copy of Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      11. A copy of Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a competent RGoB medical doctorTraining Certificates, Merit\/Other Certificates (If any)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The selected candidate may have to submit additional documents as per the requirements of University of Canberra, which will be directly communicated to the shortlisted candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
